CSI Support
The Client Service Information (‘CSI’) Portal site is a secure site and uses what’s called 128-bit encryption, which is the strongest encryption commercially available for secure communications. This allows your web session to authenticate securely with our ‘CSI’ web server.
- This ‘CSI’ Portal currently only supports Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6.0 (Service Pack 3) or later.
- Your company firewall must allow secure HTTPS traffic to and from port 443.
- Valid logon name and password to access this site. These details would have been issued by your local Meridian customer service representative.
Should you have any difficulty gaining access to this ‘CSI’ Portal site you should firstly check with your IT Support team to ensure your firewall is allowing traffic to and from port ‘443’.
